The New Mexico Council of Exchangors is a nonprofit professional organization of licensed New Mexico Real Estate Brokers dedicated to increasing the productivity of its members and to educating property owners and real estate professionals to the benefits of real estate exchanges or "equity marketing" as it is sometimes called. 

The Exchangors group has been active for over 25 years in New Mexico, with our focus being to assist other brokers and clients to complete transactions.  Our weekly marketing sessions, the Haves and Wants Bulletin, and this website allow us to expose and market properties, exchange ideas, solve problems and create transactions for our customers and clients in a cooperative and innovative environment.  Whether you are considering trading property or completing a 1031 tax deferred exchange, our group can get it done!
